Education du futur : le e-learning

In addition to this, you will need to know more about it.

Your definition of the knowledge society is a society in which the young teach the elderly. What does this mean for teachers?

We have moved from a society of an industrial nature in which we produce objects to a society in which we produce knowledge and knowledge. In the context of this acceleration in the production of information, there is a need for each individual to find and use the relevant information. This involves finding a different form of teaching than what we have known in the past, linear teaching (a teacher teaching students in a classroom). We must engage in a policy with a snowball effect, that we do "co-education". Participation in this teaching process must be extended to people other than teachers: retirees who have a certain know-how, professionals who work in companies and can transmit their knowledge and young people who have a mastery of new technologies. [...]

We are not using these young people enough as a vehicle for knowledge. Instead, they have to go through a real obstacle course to get through the education system.

In addition to this, you will need to know more about it.

And the individual… In this new knowledge society and new technologies, he is faced with an overabundance of information and sometimes struggles to find his way around. How not to be drowned?

This is precisely what teachers should convey to students. Give them tools, help them sort out information. Allow them to build this multidimensional chain: data, of which the real information must be preserved, which builds knowledge, in turn forming knowledge. It is precisely the art of the teacher to help integrate the different elements of the chain.

How will e-learning develop?

All the studies show that e-learning will develop very significantly. We have identified 40 to 50 start-ups in the United States present in this market and offering personalized "packages": companies are the spearhead of this movement. They set up solutions based on their intranet or create "e-corporate universities", corporate universities on the Internet. The second market is the public in training in schools. And the third is for the general public who are looking for tailor-made training in all these areas.

Are you wondering about e-learning?

The The following article provides you with information on the advantages of e-learning courses which allow unlimited flexibility of location, times and develop the analytical skills of the student.

In a few years, online courses will supplant home courses ... The largest schools and universities now offer distance doctorates.
The best teachers will not be those who specialize in a single field but those who adapt to the demands of the students by giving courses in several subjects. The others will be gradually replaced by robots that will perform a specific task. It is more difficult to program a robot to perform complex tasks.

In the coming years, artificial intelligence will make it possible to use data in a more complex way to develop tailor-made education. Brain flexibility is cultivated through intellectual learning the same way we do with our bodies.

The e-learning revolution in education

Everywhere education:

No more need to go to a class to learn (waste of time by transport). Tablets and smartphones act as a relay between learners regardless of the location. This is mobile learning.

Sharing teaching:

Teachers must adapt to students to share their knowledge online in several areas. It is about a perpetual questioning of the knowledge of the coach or the trainer of which only the best will remain. The closed model of classical education is broken.

Active learner:

The learner aspires to live a richer experience than in a traditional system. Beyond online courses, he stores information from different digital sources and interactive experiences to create his own thinking. The learner becomes an actor and increases his cognitive capacities which are essential for his success.

Tomorrow, society will be digital ... : cours en ligne

In less than twenty years, companies will be basing their energy solely on innovative, interconnected systems. Only those whose hierarchy will no longer be pyramidal will succeed in transmitting in a lateral way their services enriched by empathy and generosity. The time is no longer for the storage of material goods for the company but for the transmission of information and knowledge to other structures which in turn share it. This concentric flow of information causes an exponential staircase of exchanges towards a more precise distribution of knowledge, from where a constructive communication and a better result. Future companies are digital platforms with freelance management. They call on specific people recruited not by a traditional employment contract which subjects the employee to constant surveillance by an incapacitating hierarchy, but with a mandate between a donor and a recipient of services. Humans are enhanced by their adaptability and therefore their freedom of action. There are no more borders for these managers. Collective intelligence brings together by innovative digital systems a creative culture of well-being for its development. National education like other hierarchical systems are therefore doomed to failure in the short term and will disappear to make way for the lateral social bond.
